The International Journal of Advanced Computer Science Engineering and Artificial Intelligence is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing practices. The following policies govern the submission, review, and publication of manuscripts.

1. Peer Review Policy

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartial evaluation.

  • The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential.

  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts.

  • Reviewers evaluate originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance.

  • The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on reviewer recommendations.

Possible decisions include:
Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

2. Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement

The journal adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics standards.

Responsibilities of Authors:

  • Submit only original and unpublished work.

  • Properly cite all sources and references.

  • Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification.

  • Disclose any conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities of Reviewers:

  • Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts.

  • Provide objective, constructive feedback.

  • Report any ethical concerns to the editor.

Responsibilities of Editors:

  • Ensure fair and unbiased decisions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of submissions.

  • Address ethical issues promptly and transparently.

3. Plagiarism Policy

  • All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.

  • The acceptable similarity index is generally below 15% (excluding references).

  • Manuscripts exceeding the threshold may be rejected or returned for revision.

  • Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection.

4. Open Access Policy

The journal supports the dissemination of knowledge by providing open access to published research.

  • All accepted papers are freely accessible to readers.

  • Authors retain rights to their work subject to journal copyright agreements.

5. Copyright Policy

  • Upon acceptance, authors may be required to submit a signed copyright transfer or licensing agreement.

  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse copyrighted materials (figures, tables, etc.).


6. Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that may influence their research.
Editors and reviewers must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where a conflict exists.

7. Retraction & Correction Policy

The journal reserves the right to:

  • Publish corrections for minor errors.

  • Issue retractions in cases of serious ethical violations.

  • Remove published articles in cases of proven misconduct.

8. Archiving Policy

The journal ensures long-term digital preservation of published articles through secure archival systems and institutional repositories where applicable.
