Author Guidelines

The International Journal of Advanced Computer Science Engineering and Artificial Intelligence welcomes original, high-quality research contributions that advance knowledge in computer science, engineering, and artificial intelligence. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts.


1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.

  • Papers should follow the IEEE two-column format (or journal-prescribed template).

  • The typical length of a research paper is 6–12 pages.

  • The manuscript must include:

    • Title of the paper

    • Author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and email address(es)

    • Abstract (150–250 words)

    • Keywords (4–6 keywords)

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review (if applicable)

    • Methodology / Proposed Work

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • Future Scope (optional)

    • References

All figures, tables, and equations must be properly numbered and cited within the text.


2. Originality and Plagiarism Policy

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished work.

  • Papers under review elsewhere will not be considered.

  • The similarity index should generally be below 15% (excluding references).

  • Proper citations must be provided for all referenced work.

  • The journal follows strict ethical standards to prevent plagiarism and research misconduct.


3. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format.

  • Authors must ensure that all identifying information is removed from the main manuscript file for double-blind peer review.

  • A separate title page containing author details should be submitted if required.

  • After submission, authors will receive an acknowledgment email.


4. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts.

  • Authors may be requested to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments.

  • The final decision (Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject) will be communicated via email.


5. Formatting Guidelines

  • Use Times New Roman, 10-point font (IEEE format standard).

  • Margins and spacing must follow the journal template.

  • References must be formatted in IEEE citation style.

  • Ensure high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).

  • Mathematical equations should be editable (not inserted as images).


6. Copyright and Publication Ethics

  • Authors retain responsibility for the content of their work.

  • Upon acceptance, authors may be required to submit a copyright or publication agreement form.

  • The journal adheres to international publication ethics standards.


7. Publication Timeline (Indicative)

  • Initial Review: 5–10 days

  • Peer Review Process: 2–4 weeks

  • Final Decision: Within 30–45 days

  • Publication: As per scheduled issue
