Abstract

Inclusive web applications are essential for ensuring equal access to digital services for users with disabilities. Despite the availability of accessibility guidelines, many web applications still fail to meet usability and accessibility requirements. This paper presents the design and development of an inclusive web application framework that supports users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. The proposed system integrates accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and usercentered design principles to enhance usability and interaction. Accessibility features such as screen reader support, keyboard navigation, adaptive layouts, and multimodal feedback are incorporated. Experimental evaluation using accessibility metrics and user studies demonstrates significant improvement in compliance, task completion, and user satisfaction. The results confirm that inclusive design practices substantially enhance web accessibility and user experience.
